oceanic painting

Wanted to document the process of a painting I've been working on here and there for the last few weeks...still not finished.....

surfin' on flowers

Work asked me to come up with something for a fundraiser event, so I came up with a multi media piece. It's been awhile since I utilized a variety of mediums and technique together for one piece but it was quite fun, and I rediscovered the sponge!

skateboard

While working a Halloween booth for the Y, we were raffling off a couple of skate board from a local shop. A couple of us grabbed one and threw on a design. It was the first time I'd actually worked with markers since I was a kid--let alone paint markers. It was kind of nice working on something other than paper or canvas.

film project

I was digging around in my computer and found this project I did as part of a summer internship a couple years ago. It was intended for a small independent film, but I never heard if it ever went to production.

Pixie for a Pixy

It's been a long time since my last post...here I did a little project for a friend. The subject was not my original intention but the more I thought about it, the more it seemed fitting to do a pixie character for someone who resembles the spritish creature in looks and attitude.
